Shipping policy
At Mox Bikes our priority is fast, sturdy shipping. We use various couriers for local New Zealand deliveries depend on what is the best service to use, so your order should be on your doorstep (or any other location/address you specify) within 2 to 4 working days depending on your location.
For rural deliveries, this can sometimes mean allowing an extra 2 days for arrival.

Tip: If paying with a manual bank deposit, send us an email when you have made the deposit so we can get your order on the courier right away.
