The Mox team only sells top quality gear, but every now and then when the moon lines up with other things and something goes wobbly, we have the 100% backing and support from our manufacturers which is a great piece of mind for you and us.

If something has a hissy fit and we need to call in the scientists, all we need you to do is send it back to us so we can sort it ASAP for you.

Please wash and dry your riding gear before sending to us, or we will have to pay the goblins to do it and they get grumpy.

• All your contact details so we can send items back to you
• A description of what needs to be repaired.
